Director and owner, Louisa is a qualified micro-pigmentation specialist. She has travelled far and wide training in all aspects of permanent makeup. She is a master specialist, medical tattooist, and qualified micro-pigmentation trainer.

Louisa has worked within the beauty industry for the last 23 years, owning two beauty salons, two aesthetic clinics and two training academies. Louisa has also travelled around Europe teaching and is dedicated to offering only the best in permanent makeup procedures and training others to be the best artists within the industry.

Louisa is passionate about developing her staffs careers; investing in furthering their training and supporting them to be the very best they can be. Louisa is at the forefront of the latest techniques, products and equipment within the aesthetic and micro-pigmentation industry.

Liz joined the clinic as PA to the director, after working for 8 years as PA to a local celebrity chef. She has previously worked in many administration roles and returned to work following a short break to raise her family but this is her first experience of the beauty industry.

She loves meeting and greeting clients and helping with the smooth running of the clinic.

Vicky has 15 years experience in the beauty industry. Joining a chain of spas in Epsom & Wimbledon, straight from college, Vicky quickly progressed to management level.

A move to beautiful Dorset in 2012 created opportunites to specialise in intimate waxing & deep tissue massage. Since joining the team at The Highbrow Clinic, Vicky has furthered her training and expertise, becoming a skin specialist with Alumier MD chemical peels and Microneedling, as well as becoming an advanced laser technician using the latest G-Max Pro laser machine.

Natasha is an experienced therapist who specialises in the full range of lash treatments along with brow treatments. She is also a qualified micro-pigmentation specialist having qualified at the Highbrow Academy in 2018. Her passion is lash extensions and ombre brows and we are delighted to now have her as part of the team.

After being in the Fire Service for 20 years Kate joined the NHS where she worked for 18 years. She has a background in infection control and brings this knowledge to the clinic.

As an existing client, Kate was thrilled to be asked to join the team. Kate enjoys working Front of House and making clients feel welcome. She particularly enjoys seeing how happy clients are with the results from the treatments offered at the clinic.

Having worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years, Leah has a wealth of expertise and professionalism.

She is a High Definition Pro Stylist, lash extension and enhancement specialist as well as offering make up lessons and make overs. Leah is also a skin specialist with extensive knowledge of the Alumier MD skincare brand and chemical peels. She is fully trained in SkinPen microneedling, dermaplaning and is also a level 4 qualified laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation specialist.

Having previously qualified as a Hairdresser, Verity joined the Highbrow Team qualifying as a High Definition Pro Stylist.

She specialises and is fully qualified in individual lash extensions and lash enhancements.

Verity is also a dermaplaning specialist and most recently has qualified in permanent makeup brows.

With 9 years experience in the industry, Caitlin brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic. She is a qualified skin specialist with extensive knowledge of the Alumier MD skincare brand and chemical peels.

 

Since joining the team Caitlin is now fully trained in Morpheus8 radio frequency micro-needling, Forma thermal skin treatment for collagen remodelling and skin tightening plus laser hair removal using our Gentlemax Pro laser. She is also a specialist in nail treatments, brow and lash treatments, massage and intimate waxing (female only).

Celina joined the team in December 2021, specialising in Hollywood laser teeth whitening. She is a qualified nail technician and recently qualified in permanent make up brows.

Celina is passionate about beauty and self improvement and with a background in personal training, yoga and nutrition, she takes a holistic approach to her clients and treatments.
