Eyebrows | Lips | Eyeliner

Permanent makeup (PMU), also known as semi permanent cosmetics, is a treatment that will enhance your natural features. The procedure involves infusing hypo-allergenic pigments into the dermal layers of your skin, where the colour will remain for approximately 3-5 years.  The result can be as dramatic or natural as you desire.

Permanent makeup is a hassle free answer to flawless makeup. Eyebrows that are sparce, poorly shaped or fair can be transformed by permanent makeup, giving a perfect shape that does not need to be re-applied daily. It is a perfect solution for people with oily skin as your makeup will not need to be re-touched during the day. For those of you who swim or take part in other sporting activities permanent makeup is an ideal treatment as it is waterproof, sweat proof and smudge proof. This treatment is also ideal for clients who suffer from medical conditions such as alopecia, trichotillomania, and those who are recovering from chemotherapy, which can lead to permanent hair loss in the brow and eye area. This treatment is also suitable for camouflaging scars in certain areas.

What is semi-permanent makeup?

Semi permanent makeup is an advanced form of tattooing, however the pigment is not infused as deeply into the skin, so the results we achieve do not have the permanency of a conventional tattoo.

The specialised techniques used for semi permanent makeup are also referred to as permanent cosmetics, permanent makeup, micropigmentation and cosmetic tattooing.

What will my treatment look like immediately after?

For the first 24 hours you’ll have minimal redness and swelling and for 4-10 days the colour will be about 40% darker than the look you want to achieve, similar wearing heavy makeup.

Who benefits from semi permanent makeup?

Semi permanent makeup can enhance your features, with a soft natural look, or be applied with the purpose of replacing the use of everyday makeup.

It’s a convenient alternative if you have allergies to conventional makeup or you’re sporty and don't want to worrying about your makeup smudging or sweating off.

It’s a must-have if your vision is poor or you have difficulty applying cosmetics due to dexterity related conditions – and of course it's great if you’ve got a busy lifestyle and don’t have time to spend applying and refreshing makeup throughout the day and evening.
