If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can reschedule using our booking app or by calling the clinic on 01305 269220. If you reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and we may ask for payment in full. Deposits are currently 25% of the cost of the treatment booked.

 

In the event that you fail to contact us and do not attend your appointment, the FULL cost of the treatment will be collected.

 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment for a PMU touch up will result in a fee being charged for any subsequent touch up that is booked.
